We rent high-back, chair-style bean bags that provide full body support. They're not the flat, floor-cushion type — ours have a proper seat back so you can sit comfortably for hours. They're made with durable, event-ready fabric that works indoors and outdoors.

We deliver across the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle area, including Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Carrboro, and Hillsborough. If you're nearby but not listed, reach out — we may still be able to serve you.

We deliver the bean bags to your venue at an agreed time before your event. We can place them wherever you need — on grass, patios, indoor floors, you name it. When your event is over, we come back and collect everything. You don't have to do any setup or cleanup.

Bean bags are $30 per bean bag, per night. Minimum of 10 bean bags per booking. Delivery is quoted separately based on your location and the number of bags (truck size scales with quantity) — we'll give you a clear price when you request a quote. Multi-day events: delivery is charged once, not per day. Volume discounts are available for large events (festivals, weddings, corporate) — just ask.

Our minimum rental is one night. We also offer reduced nightly rates for multi-night events like weekend festivals, week-long campus installations, or multi-day corporate retreats. The longer you rent, the better the per-night rate — ask when you request a quote.

Delivery cost depends on how far we're driving and how many bags you've booked — a 12-bag order fits in a smaller vehicle than a 60-bag festival load, and we price accordingly. By quoting delivery separately we can give you a fair, transparent price instead of baking an inflated average into the bean bag rate. Reach out with your location and bag count for a specific quote. Multi-day events are charged delivery once, not per day.

Absolutely. Our bean bags are designed for outdoor use. The fabric is durable and weather-resistant. They work great on grass, patios, decks, and concrete. We just ask that you avoid placing them in standing water or mud.

Every bean bag is professionally cleaned and sanitized between rentals. They arrive at your event fresh and ready to use. Cleanliness is a top priority for us.

Normal wear and tear from event use is expected and covered. Spills, minor scuffs, and general use are all part of the deal. For more significant damage, we offer optional damage protection at booking. If something major happens and you don't have protection, we'll work with you on a fair resolution.

We recommend booking at least one week in advance, especially for larger events or weekends. That said, we'll always try to accommodate last-minute requests if we have availability. The sooner you book, the more likely you'll get your preferred date and quantity.

Yes! We offer a selection of colors and can coordinate to match your event theme. Color availability depends on current stock, so let us know your preferences when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance to venues, colleges, or corporate clients on request. Just ask when you book.

7+ days before your event: full refund.
3–6 days before: 50% refund, or free reschedule within 90 days.
Less than 3 days: no refund, but we'll happily reschedule for weather or emergencies.
Weather-related cancellations get a free reschedule regardless of timing.

A 25% deposit confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before delivery. We accept credit card, Venmo, and Zelle.

We cover the full Triangle and surrounding communities — Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Carrboro, and Hillsborough. If you're within an hour of Raleigh, reach out and we'll send a delivery quote.

Our bean bags are weather-resistant, but standing rain isn't great for any seating. If the forecast looks rough, we'll work with you to reschedule at no charge. Weather cancellations always get a free reschedule, regardless of how close to your event date.
