Saturday weddings in April–October book out 4–8 weeks ahead in the Triangle. Off-season and weekday weddings usually have more availability. If your date is close, still ask — sometimes we have last-minute openings.
Yes. We stock white, dark blue, light blue, red, yellow, and purple. Most weddings choose one or two colors from the palette. If you have a very specific palette in mind, tell us in your quote request and we'll advise on the best match.
We work with you either way. If your venue has an indoor backup, we can pivot the setup there. If not and the rain is bad enough to cancel, you get a free reschedule within 90 days — no fees, no argument.
Always. We plan to have the full setup complete at least 60 minutes before your ceremony start time. Delivery windows are arranged with your venue's access rules in mind.
We carry general liability insurance and can provide your venue with a Certificate of Insurance on request. Just ask when you book.

Yes — the Reception Complete package is specifically designed to transition through your whole day. Ceremony seating repurposes as reception lounge seating around the perimeter. We handle the reset if needed.
